That Vmax is a very popular model.

Checkout the forums at http://www.totallyamaha.com This is the only forum you will need IMO :dupe:

Great bunch there, they organize a few rides throughout the Midwest and NE states and the technical help is priceless. There are a lot of 4 stroke guys there but many have any and all info on the Vmax chassis.

Good Luck

Nice to hear there's some sledders out there!

I have a 2000 RMK 500 (my first sled) and what a sled it is, only 500 miles on it when I bought it.

Since I live in powder country I can prolly get some good info on tech issues from some of the local sledheads here in Fernie, BC. And a friend of mine just became the local Yamaha dealer. If you have any questions, feel free to shoot them my way.

That black Polaris is sure gonna look good in the back of my black '05. I'll post some pix when the snow really flies (it has already snowed here...)

Congrats on the sled, even thought it isn't a Ski-doo!

Buck, now THAT is one hell of a sled! My son has riden one for a couple years. Quite possibly the best sled ever made. It starts on one pull, EVERY time!

Just picked up my new sled today. 2005 SaberCat 700 LX. This one makes a total of 4. 2002 Polaris 600 Touring, 1997 Arctic Cat Cougar 550 and a 97 MXZ583. Case you haven't guessed I believe he who dies with the most toys wins....... :dupe:
