1997 suburban won't start

I am new here and living in Belgium and have a little trouble with my '97 suburban.

When i start my car the engine won't turn over,i had this problem about two weeks ago and the day after it just started and i could drive away,this morning the same problem, it just wouldn't start.

I already checked the fuses,the fuelpump is working and everything else i have checked seems to be good.

Who can help a poor guy from Belgium to solve my problem.

Battery? What does it do when you turn the key? Check terminals, etc, etc.

i have already put a new battery, the lights in the dashboard are the same as always and the engine turns over but won't start (it's like starting with no fuel) but there's fuel in it (just to be sure),and fuelpump is working.
