99 manual seat track

99 silverado has a the little plastic clip broken on inside track driver side.dealer wants 180 for a new one plus labor.is this haard to change?the seat bolts look different from anything.i love my truck but the plastic sucks

I have had the exact same problem. My seat has been fixed twice by the $tealership on my dime for about ($400 per pop) and this third time I just rigged it. This is the only problem that I have had with my truck. Why put a 12 cent part on a seat that is going to be used a lot since the 99 models are only 3rd door.
