Now this was a couple years ago when I sold a vehicle. Used Kelly Blue Book; www.kbb.com; to find the price. Or course I put the high end price on the sticker I put in the window. List everything you have done maintenance wise, when it was replaced type of things and regular things like oil change every 3,000 miles. Then of course have it as clean and shiny as you can make it. Lastly drive around your area and find out where people are allowed to park vehicles for sale and has lots of traffic. I found a grassy area right outside a Walmart, within 2 days of being there I had 6 people wanting my vehicle.

Have a great day.

nice looking truck, should sell ok.

what kind of mpg were you getting? i know my regular cab does pretty well for a truck and if yours does too maybe you should add how you can go 400-450 plus miles to a tank, just an idea though

That is a very sharp truck!

If you set it out somewhere, list everything! Give all the information you can about it and hopefully, this will eliminate tire kickers and get you serious calls only. Nothing worse than answering the phone all the time to answer the same handfull of questions and get hung up on. List the KBB price, the NADA price, then YOUR price. Be a little flexable, some people want to feel like they "beat you" by making you lower your price, but others like a low price to start out with and eliminate the "game" of haggling.

Being very honest and sincere when talking on the phone or in person with someone has gotten me further than anything though. People get tired of the "dog and pony show" at most dealerships and feel very comfortable with an honest person.

I wish you the best of luck, but it is a very slow time for the car market. Between winter and the Holiday Season, many are just not interested right now.

Good Luck!
