Bad NAV screen in my Denali

So I noticed on my NAV screen on my 05 Denali, that when the headlights come on and the screen switches to night mode, the top 20% or so of the screen is discolored. It's really noticable at night, and it makes looking for some roads a problem. I had the dealer look at it, and they said they heard of other screens having the same problem. They could replace it under warranty, but the new unit might have the same issue. I had them replace it today, and sure enough, the problem is still there. Part of me wonders if they even replced the screen at all.

 

Anybody else have this problem?

Does it do it no matter which color scheme (I think there are four or five of them for each of day and night mode) you select, and/or if you force it into night mode (by manually selecting it in the config menu)? I'll check tonight after I get home from work to see if mine does the same...
