dash lights

I have a 98 jimmy and when i turn it off the high beam indactor light on the dash turns on and stays on. when none of the lights are on. I have played with the relays and the switchs for the lights but nothing works i think it may be that multi function switch. Anyone else know what could be causing it?

Does it continue to stay on or does it go out in 15 or so seconds?

It continues to stay on even over night it drans the battery and i cant start it in the morning.
