h2 wheels

i have a set of h2 wheels and 265-70-17 e load range pirellis going on her....what will i need to do to make the stock center caps work with these wheels?

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but if you install the wheels with your stock lug nuts, the centers will go right on just like on the stock wheels by screwing on the little black plastic "lugs".

that is correct and looks darn fine-- just like the factory intended. Hutchinson makes some excellent wheels and we're the lucky beneficiaries of the mall crawler H2 drivers that want fancy pants spinners, low profile caca, etc. I just retired my brushed aluminum set and picked up a new set of factory chrome H2 wheels w/ the 315-70-17 BFGs (still w/ the rubber nubbies) for $350.00! Heck, a new tire alone from Les Schwab is $275+. Center caps go right on and looks great. Will post pix tomorrow. (camera home, me @ work)

 

 

The old set will go on my off-highway camp trailer, with hub adapters, and the other two on my trash trailer, so the result is my jeep, the 2500HD and two trailers will all have the same wheel pattern, interchangable spares, etc. KISS, right?

got them on today with 265/70/17 pirelli scorpion atr-a e load range...wow drives great...had commercial ta. on there before 45k miles on them with at least 10-15 left...drives a bit smoother....a little soft side wall or the fact that i have them at 65psi...will take pics...
