It appears i have self aligning rockers on this motor but the casting in the head where the pushrods come through are what amounts to guide plates since there is nearly zero clearance between the push rod and the casting.

 

I'm debating on weather or not roller tip or full roller rockers would help out some valve noise but I don't want to go through the expense of screwwin stud and plates.

 

Anyone have any input here?
