new 285 Revo's

Just got my new Revo's mounted today. I know there is a bunch of topics on tires and this adds to it but hey, I'm pumped. Rode the 265 Goodyear's for 57,000 and wanted to make the moderate jump. Got them for $35 less per tire (on the internet) than what the local Firestone dealer was selling them for. Went to the same dealer and he mounted them with no problem. He did ask if I bought them off the internet. Read the post on tires for HD Duramax and there was a question about why no kits to raise the front 2 inches. I'm not trying to sell anything for them but Off Road Unlimited is selling a kit with Bilsteins and 2" leveling cogs. Are these cogs just F*** green keys? Anybody have any feedback on this kit?

Yea all they are are green keys off a half ton, with some longer shocks, all they effectively do is put more pre-load into the t bars, which is the same thing you are doing when cranking them up. If you have enought to crank them up just do that, however if you are out of bolt, then get the green keys, they are much cheaper on Gmpartsdirect.com, as for the shocks, you can upgrade to a new shock or you can build a little spacer out of some tubing to do the same thing.
