I saw that on the news a few days ago, what BS.

When a corporation as large as Ford has a vast number of Contract workers on site working for them, how can they possible force them to by a Ford when a family member gets a better discount on another make of vehicle.

The big three tried this years ago and it got squashed.

Its that kind of bulls**t that makes me so God d**n angry. What if there's people who dont believe in Fords...such as myself? I think Fords are the biggest pieces of garbage ever put on this planet.

If i worked there? I'd gladly keep my Silvy. In fact...i'd buy another. Ford can blow me.

It's not just Ford, it's all the plants no matter makes. It is also not just the "company", put a big part of that mental madness on the UAW local(s).

There are incidents of Jaguars in Ford employee parking lots being vandalized with the likes of '...snotty Brit go home!...', broken glass, burn paint etc.

Ford owns Jaguar.

Similar stories of SAAB's at GM plants.

Then there's the cars of the respective companies and their partners, GM-Isuzu-NUMNI-Daewoo-Lotus-Suzuki, Ford-Jaguar-Mazda-Volvo, Chrysler-Mitisubshi-Daimler

What is NUMNI and when did GM acquire it as part of their Asian repetoire? I've never heard of them before. Are they part of the heavy truck industry like DCX owning (?) Mitsubishi Fuso?

And Lotus? I thought that they were a seperate European market.

I frequent the GM Tech Center in Warren, MI on a pretty regular basis and although you can drive whatever you want, there is a parking garage for GM vehicles only. It happens to be the only parking garage attached to the new VEC bldg. My Yukon fits nicely...haha. Ford's must park in "the lot".
