Swap a 6 disc head unit w/bose & xm

Hello I have A 2003 Silverado 2500HD with UB1 AM/FM CD cassette w/Bose & XM radio. I would like to put a 6 disc unit in my truck.My questions are are all 6 disc units Bose and or xm ready? are they all the same color face ? I have dark Gray leather int.Any way of getting around dealer having to reprogram radio/ truck to make a used head unit work?Anyone know part #s years and what vehicles the head unit I need would come from.Will XM transfer my subscription from my old radio to the new one.

I have a 6 disk w/ Bose and XM in my 05 Sierra 1500HD. Does your truck have a 2 DIN opening (4") or a 1 1/2 DIN (3")? I am not sure what the part number is, but I am considering replacing my unit with a NAV system. I may be willing to sell my 6 disc setup.
