'01 CC Sub Inclosure

Been lookin' for a sub inclosure for my '01 CC 2500 for a year now. JBL & MTX keep threatening to make one, but I haven't seen anything out of them. The JL Audio that replaces the consol eliminates the rear vents, so that's a no go.

I've been contemplating molding my own out of fiberglass.

So my questions are:

a.) Has anyone seen anything for this application? (single 10" woofer behind the rear seat)

b.) Does anyone have any fiberglass molding tips?

Thanks,

AJ

JEEEZE, when it rains it pours.

Well, guess I'll be needin' to measure the depth of my woofer, looks like that could be a hang up.

Thanks for the links guys!

I just bought a probox enclosure for my 06 crew. I can't imagine a better box. This fits right in the back behind the seat without any modification. There's a hole in the bottom for the bolt that holds the toolkit, and you can reach through the port and screw the nut down to hold the box in place. I wish I could do that, but I already cut the bolt off when trying to fit another box I had custom made. The probox is molded over the vent, and has a recess where the speaker mounts so there's no problem with surrounds rubbing the back of the seat. The port faces the center of the truck where there's plenty of space for sound to travel unimpeded into the cab. The finish is very cool, no carpet, it's kind of like spray on bedliner on the box. And, at 125 mail order you can't beat it.

You gotta pop out those child seat anchor covers on the back wall of the cab, otherwise seat back doesn't want to latch, but once done the seat latches up with just a little push.

I'm impressed, these guys did their homework. I haven't heard it yet, as I don't have my amps installed, but the way the box fits with no issues at all is sweet.
