proper tire pressure

Question

Posted

Hope someone can answer this question since GM-expert is not available.

I have a 2006 Yukon/Denali. Bought the GM 20inch chrome wheels

and tires. Dealer could not locate one so bought the wheels and tires

from parts. What pressure should I use. Not on tire pressure chart

on vechicle, dealer conflicts, some say 30 PSI others 35 PSI.

Tires are goodyear 275/55/20.

Thanks,

Joe

When 20" wheel kits are installed in the dealership, they come with paperwork, including new tire pressure spec labels that go on the door jamb. Maybe they just tossed the label or threw it in your glovebox.

Talk to the dealer. They are supposed to supply that new label.
