tire size on an 05 z71

hope you guys can help. i want to put 295/70/17 on my 05 z71 but i dont want to lift it. im sticking with the factory wheels. it has wheel flares so they may be in the way, has anyone here done this before? will they rub.?

BUMP>....I would also love to know this question...how about 285's? about 31-32" tires...is that gonnna fit with out torsion crank or lift?

285's will fit, but I am unsure about 295's.
