Need hot when parking lights are on

I have a '04 1500 CC 4x4, I'm trying to locate a hot for my Homelink button lights when I turn on my parking lights. I've tried to find one behind the stock radio but could only find a constant hot. Like I said all I would be needing it for is the 3 little buttons on the Homelink, will this overload anything I tap into for power? Thankyou!
