New style Actuator installed

I installed the new actuator (26060073) on my '97 K1500. I also installed the new harness (12376317). When I put the floor shifter into 4wd, I get voltage to the plug for the acuator, but nothing happens. I looked up part number 26060073 on gmpartsdirect.com and this is the footnote:

"when replacing your original unit you will need harness part number 88959465 for 1500 & 2500's or 12376318 on 3500's when replacing the original unit."

Is it possible they give me the wrong harness? I had no idea there were several different harnesses available. I've already made 3 trips to the dealer to get the parts and then spent 3 hours installing and trouble shooting. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I figured it out. I had the brown wire hooked to the wrong wire. My bad. Live and learn.
