What engine code do I have?.....

I'm looking on Borla's website to try and listen to sound clips of their exhausts, but I don't know which dang one I have. It's an 06 Silverado 5.3L Flex Fuel engine. Does anyone know the engine code? I am looking at my window sticker, but don't see anything. I see a "Z" in the VIN code if that is it. Also, what is the bed length for my truck? It's a Regular Cab, Short Bed. Help please!!!

8th didgit is engine code, or you can look in the glove box and check rpo codes. Z is the e85 T is the gas only

 

10th is year.

 

1st in contry code 1 U.S, 2 Canadadadaadaa

 

short is 5' something

standard is 6' something

long is 8'

 

the sticker in the glove box is your friend it will let you find every option you have over on the left near the top is a menu of stuff you can look up under resorces is the rpo guides just print out the list or write down your 3 didgit codes and look them up.
