hey im not sure about conversion but check out the banks twin turbo kit. the prices start around 5K.

o i know the entire motor and everything complete is high as hell (14K) but you can get the hard parts in a kit for around 5 its like 600hp or something and includes NO motor. you could do it cheaper by building up your own long block obviously. im not sure of your situation if you can put together your own motor or not. i just assumed the banks kit would be an easier way to go seeing as how all the R&D has been done for you and its nearly bolt on. some guy on fullsizechevy.com did a twin turbo sierra. ill try and find it. have you looked into it much yourself? I think once you pass 400hp the rest of your drivetrain will start letting you know its unhappy. im just curious what your plans are for the truck? that can help narrow down the options. im by no means an expert but im willing to help out with the reasearch part of this since im on the computer like 4 hours a day. lets us know.
