2004 H2

What are your thoughts on a 2004 H2 with 100K miles? It has had synthetic oil in it since the beginning. It is a one owner and I have worked for the guy that owns it. If the price is right, would you consider it? What kind of maintenance would I be looking at with this mileage? Thanks for the help.

The motor shouldn't have any problems at 100,000 miles. My mom just got one last week and she loves it but I wouldn't have chose it. Too much plastic but the driveline seems sound. You shouldn't have and major problems with it though.

Check the wheel bearings. H-2's use the same axles as the K2500 except that they put high offset rims to make the track wider. This change causes the bearings to be loaded unevenly, leading to premature wear. Check both front and rear.
