Differential fill plug

What is the size of the socket for the fill plug on the front and rear diff. I know it's a square socket...just trying to find out the size.

it isnt any socket size, just put your 1/2 drive ratchet into it. I think thats what size ratchet it is.

get a new rear drain plug at autozone. It's a big 6-sided plug that uses an allen wrench that will fit a GM brake tool just fine. It's better than the stock and costs about $2.
