metallic noise in doors,seat area

2006 2500HD sierra at 2,700 miles started making a metal to metal knocking sound when starting and stopping and when turning and driving on bumpy roads,,it is also intermentent..the dealer finally heard it on the 5th attempt to get it fixed and did something to stop it for 800 miles..the 6th trip to the dealer brought the old usual response,, we can't duplicate.. any one else have same problem or luck fixing it..it seems to be coming from both doors and the drivers side of seat.

Dont know if this is your problem or not, but when i got my 02 HD, i had a similar rattling in the doors. Turns out that both speaker assemblys (at different times) fell off their mounts and the speakers were rattling around in my doors. Dealer fixed them both under warranty.

Try removing the door panel and taking a peek down in there...something probably came loose.
