Just picked up a 07 denali w/ Nav & cant stand XM. Has anyone converted to Sirius w/ factory Nav/Deck? Is it even possible?

Also, who has best deal on Lockpick to unlock the DVD player in the Dash?

Rear view camera would be cool if you could view in fwd while towing also. Am I reaching on that one?

Circuit City sells a Sirius module that replaces the factory XM module behind the dash in GM vehicles. You still get use of the steering wheel controls, and the display looks the same. Though the specs indicate that you can't use the XM antenna, I have read reviews where folks did so without any problems.

If you did add an antenna, and disconnected the XM antenna, wouldn't you also affect the Onstar?

The Onstar anntenna isn't the same one as XM. I have tried using the XM antenna on a Sirius and i couldn't get it to work.

We do camera's all the time on 07's. An aftermarket camera can be used. The wires already exist behind the radio and it's a matter of just tapping into them. The factory nav will have to have the camera setting turned on with a Tech2 for it to work tho.

Not sur ewhat you mean by a "lockpicK"? The nav is held in by 7mm screws...

By lockpick I mean this,

It allows you to unlock the dvd while driving. I already have the backup camera but it only works in reverse. It owuld be nice to be able to turn it on while in forward to keep on eye on things while towing.

My truck only has one antenna. I presumed it served both purposes (XM and Onstar). Am I wrong?

Well, i guess it was just a matter of time! Thanks for the link, we have been looking for a solution to this.....

700, my error, i meant the XM isn't the same as Sirius. I'm not sure about the Onstar, but i wouldn't think they share...
