G80 locker problem - '04 Z71 SBEC

A couple of days ago I spun the tires pulling back on the highway from the shoulder. I heard the usual clunk and looked in my mirror and saw two fresh marks in the gravel. I made a left turn about 30 seconds later and everything was fine. I drove into town at about 40-50km/h where I made another left turn.

Now I hear the left rear wheel squealing as I make the left. I drove some more and then another left - same thing- left rear squealing. Another minute and I make a right hand turn and everything is fine. I tried another left and the axle was unlocked. I have had no problems since and this is the first time this has ever happened. BTW I had the diff fluid changed at the dealer in the beginning of October after 85000 kms. I am going to double check that they put the right fluid in. My dealer today said that sometimes they can stick.

Is this a fluke or do I have a problem on my hands???

From one person (namely me) who has had the G-80 go kablooey on him, (without abuse) get that thing checked out! Have them pull that rear cover off and look around VERY GOOD!
