Recommendations for a cold air intake

good day everybody, i have a 2007 sierra classic and was wondering if anybody can give me any ideas of a good cold air intake to put on my truck, 4.8L

Don't waste your money, doesn't improve much of anything that much to make the cost worth while.

i am running a true flow intake...uses the stock box with a foam filter and uses an aftermarket tube...i like it...good luck

I am also running a Trueflow Intake and filter and really like it. It got me almost 1 MPG and I can tell the difference when towing especially around 2200 RPMs on up to 3,500 or so. Super qulaity and fit, looks great under the hood and is a "real" Cold Air Intake because it retains the factory air box which pulls air from the inner fender istead from under the hood. They also use an oil that contains a tactifier which will not let the oil from the filter get into your MAF sensor.

 

Check out their website and watch their video. They cost a little more but IMO are well worth it.

 

BTW, if you are looking for increased intake roar, the TF will not provide it. It is as quiet as stock until you load the engine and then it makes a slight roar but is really not loud at all.
