I have an 03 sierra and my seek button bulb on my steering wheel burnt out.Gm said you can't change bulb you have to change switch so does anyone know how to change this switch?

All that has to be done is disconnect and push them out. I had to remove these switches when I replaced my wheel with a wood one. Here is a "how to."
