blower motor

My 95 gmc blower works in all 4 speeds however does not do a good job. does not move much air. Dont dare to crack a window open while smoking to release smoke because even with blower on high youll freeze out of the cab. with my wifes intrepid we drive with windows cracked open just to keep from roasting in the car with heat on. Any advice?

Quit smoking?... lol no seriously if the fan is running (and you can hear it run at normal levels) then maybe there is a blockage in the vents somewhere. Also maybe a dirty cabin filter not allowing air to flow as it should? Just a guess, something you can try.
