HI GUYS! I HAVE AN OLDER ACTRON SCANNER I USE FOR MY TRUCK WHICH IS A 94 2WD SUBURBAN WITH 5.7 ENGINE. WHAT I HAVE IS THAT IT SHOWS THAT FOUR WHEEL DRIVE IS ON? SOMETHING I DONT HAVE. I CHANGED ECM AND SAME THING. IS IT POSSIBLE ITS COMING FROM THE TRANS? OR IS IT A SENSOR OR SOLENOID SOMEWHERE THAT CONTROLS THIS? THE TRANS SEEMS TO DRAG WHEN TRYING TO ACCELARATE BUT SHIPS ON TIME (i guess) gas mileage is bad. ALSO I HAVE A ERRATIC IDE AND HAVE CHANGED IAC 3 TIMES WITH SAME PROBLEM EXCEPT THAT NOW IT IDLES REALLY SLOW LIKE IT ABOUT TO CUT OFF. CODE STILL COMES BACK SAYING #35 CANT SET IDLE. I NEED SOME HELP BAD!:gmc:

Not sure on the 4X4 problem. I would not be too concerned about that. I would check the MAP hose very close for a split. If none are found I would remove the throttle body and clean the MAP port. I would bet it is stopped up. It is the center runner that has a half moon on each side. Drill it out but do not go to deep. Stop when you run out of carbon. Then drill from the hose side with a piece of speedo cable attached to your drill.
