LOC Adapter wiring

I have an LOC Adapter that I am installing in my 2002 Tahoe. I was given the adapter and I do not have the instructions for it. So if anybody could let me know which wires from the adapter are supposed to be spliced into what wires in the deck harness that would be great. I have the LOC adapter from Installedge.com its model IEC AULOC. Thanks
