spring sag?

Does anyone have problems witht the older '99-02 truck sagging on the left more than right? I have seen a few trucks out there then sit higher in the rear on the right than left. I added air bags to mine and still have the same problem. I have to run 20psi in the right and 40 in the left to keep it level. Now tell me that won't handle wierd.
