Instrument cluster back lites

Is it do-able in the shop to replace the backlight bulbs inside the 2003 Silverado instrument cluster? Or do I have to get a reman unit for 3 burned out bulbs? If it is do-able I don't suppose you gentlemen know of any LED kits to give it that ZO-6 look do you?

I had my 2002 Suburban cluster go out...they had to replace the whole thing because it's one sealed unit. Make sure you save the paperwork to prove that the speedometer was altered by a GM dealer when you go to sell the vehicle.
