Under dash clicking in 94 k1500

I have a clicking noise that starts when the ignition is turned to run and lasts for about 20 seconds. It happens when I switch to recirc or fresh it clicks for another 20 seconds and then clicks when I turn the truck off. I have narrowed it down to what I believe is the fresh air recirculation door but I can't figure out how to access this area. without breaking something.
