Sierra trim on a Silverado?

hey all,

 

I was at the local big chevy dealer and was talking with the parts guy about things I could do to make my truck look better..he mentioned taking off the silverado trim and replacing it with the 03-06 GMC Sierra trim? Has anyone done this and have pics of it? He said it looks good but I can't find anything on google for it.

I got that same chrome bodyside moulding kit for X-mas but have yet to put it on my '05 WT. Too f@#$g cold right now. Also got the Victory red/Chrome door and tailgate handles. Just waiting for warmer weather.

i got the chrome gas cover and sierra trim this time....next is the victory red/chrome handles and then i can get the victory red bumper cap

snow storm must have slowed the UPS truck down. Mine didn't come friday like i was expecting so i don't have pictures yet

Well I finally got around to doing this...check out this thread for pictures...i've really got to get those handles switched to the chrome/red ones now

My Tahoe is white, & I was wondering what chrome would look like on it. You've convinced me. I gotta find some GMC trim that will fit either full length, or just the doors on an 05 Tahoe.

I added the Sierra moldings to my Silverado. Difference between night and day compared to the black stock moldings. Great mod!
