Rancho vs. Bilstein

hi, i'm new to the site. I just bought a 99 1500 z71. It's got around 90K miles and probably the original shocks. I was looking into the rancho RSX17000 or the Bilstein HD series shocks. Most of my driving will be done on the street, but I want to be able to offroad. I will also be pulling snowmobiles on a trailer. Which is the best shock for my application? Thanks.

You can't go wrong with either setup. I think the Bilstein will most likely last longer, but as for ride that is purely subjective. A friend of mine had the Rancho RSX (I think thats what they were) on his 03 Silverado and it rode and drove REALLY nice with them. 100% street duty. His truck was a 4x4.
