Shaners
Honestly, if you are going for the looks of the factory fog lamps, then I understand where you are coming from. If you install the factory lamps you will have to have the BCM reprogrammed by your dealer which could cost from 0$ to $60 depending on how cool your dealer is... Check Ebay... there may be a good deal on factory lamps there... The factory foglamps look good but, IMO, they aren't very good at doing their job. So maybe an aftermarket lamp may be the way to go... And that is my 2 pennies worth!
Shaners
You better hurry on this one... Ebay
Shaners
Crap!!! That link doesn't seem to be working... I see them on Ebay for a "buy it now" for $60. Just search under "fog lamps".

Shaners
This is about the only pic I have that isn't expired yet. I upload them to clubphoto, and they will only host them for 90 days for free...
JimWilson
Pilot are to fog lights what McDonalds is to food; the absolute bottom of the barrel. Having said that it appears as though Pilot may have merely put there own name on a PIAA foglight! Check out these 2 links: http://www.pilotautomotive.com/pilot2bd.htm http://piaa.com/displayLamp.php3?inc=1500xt.html Wonder what's going on here... gmcjoe
JP Customs sells the foglamp kits for the Silverado and Sierra. I have purchased a couple of his kits, first rate quality and service
JimWilson
gmcjoe; But what's the light pattern look like? Does it actually light up the road, unlike those crappy stock ones? Do they use standard H3 bulbs? Are the lenses glass or plastic? Are the connectors the same as the factory units, so I can just remove the old ones and plug these right in?
