2001 OEM trailer hitch

Could someone with a 2001 2500HD give me the part number for there OEM trailer hitch. It's on the sticker above the trailer light connector. It will be an eight digit number.

Here is the number on my hitch...

 

15066843

 

It is a V-5 (class 5) and it says Talon Auto.

Thanks Shaners.  One more question is your's a 5000lb/12000lb or 7500lb/12000lb.  The reason I ask is I have a line on one real cheap and want to get the right one.

Chris, It is a 7500/12000 lb model, with tounge wt. of 1000/1500 lbs.  It is very sturdy, and tucks nicely around the spare tire and under the truck...
