I stumbled across this today, and thought it would be a cool replacement for my suburban (other than the price).

 

Although, I thought that shortening the bed on a 2500HD crew cab 8' bed or 3500 single wheel would be better.

I'd be very interested to see how he lengthened the frame.

He posted that truck over on the dieselplace, and I asked that question. I have not heard back yet.

They have an updated website with pictures of the conversion. He lengthened the truck by cutting the existing frame under the cab and installing a new frame cut 27" forward of where he cut the existing frame.
