2007 Nb Z71 2wd

Has any one bought or test drove one? I am interested in one but haven't found any on my dealers lot. I don't need a 4wd but I do like how the 2wd version is equipped. Especially with the 18'' wheels.

That would be a strange package - a Z71 "Offroad" package in a 2 wheel drive ? You sure about that ? Yuo might spend a lot of time scouring lots for that unicorn.

Hes right....its new for Silverados...not new for Colorado's....you can get a 2wd Z71...

Yeah it is offered, it's also offered in the Colorado. I have found a few with the dealer search but none around Austin. Honestly I would feel a little dorky having a Z71 w/o 4wd but that feeling would pass pretty quick!

I think it is called the Z66 package on the Avalanches. Not sure about Silverados. The Z66 Avalanches had all the options of the Z71 just missing the 4 wheel drive.

I have a 2500HD CCLB 2WD LTZ with Z71 on order (over 6 weeks now & no build date yet). They are few & far between right now. When it finally comes in I'll try to let you know how it handles.

I just got a 1500CC LTZ Z-71 w/ 18" wheels, its awesome, only I got the 4wd. Need it way to much...
