2005 4l60e In 2000 Truck

Heres the deal. I'm close to having my tranny rebuilt after 190k hard miles, and have been checking around on prices, but i saw a 2005 model with about 10k miles on the internet really cheap. does anyone know what kind of problems i would run into putting this in lieu of a rebuild. the cases are the same but im not sure about the programming since the pcm controls the transmission. any insight or personal experiences with this would be appreciated
