Turn Signals Don't Work?

I am at a lost. 97 GMC 1500 turn signals stopped working.

 

1. Hazards still work

2. All bulbs are fine

3. I changed out two relays under the dash just in case it was one of those (still don't work)

4. All fuses are good

 

Is the relay for the hazards the same relay that operates the turn signals also? Or is there another relay I missed (other than the two I changed out under the dash that are located right next to one another)

 

What else could it be? THanks for your help.

For those that care...it turned out to be the turn signal switch itself at a cost of $280. With labor over $500. Yikes!!! That sucks.
