Fluid Change Questions

Gonna do some maintenance on my 2003 Extended Cab Z71, 5.3, 4 spd. Changing the front and rear differential fluid, transfer case fluid, transmission fluid and filter.

 

Here are my questions.

1. What is the torque on the front/rear differential bolts, transfer case fill/drain, and the bolts holding the trans pan on? Do I even need to worry about torque or is it ok to just snug everything up good?

2. How much fluid can I expect to replace in each/how much fluid of each should I buy?

3. Any tips, things you learned the hard way, things to look out for with any of this?
