Escalade Mirror Theme

What do you all think of the Escalade mirror theme (color match on top and chrome on bottom) on a NBS 07 Silverado. I just saw a new Escalade in the parking lot tonight and didnt realize they had chrome on the bottom. Looks sharp. If anyone has theirs like that please post a pic.

I've seen some inexpensive chrome bottom caps on EBAY. They attach with 3M tape. Use keywords "2007 Silverado" and you should be able to find them.

Yeah, I saw thoses but I want to do it right the first time and not have to worry about it peeling off. Do you think it would look right on a truck?

I can't answer that for you. It's your truck to do with as you please.

The mirrors take a lot of abuse from rocks and such. I'd think they'd get pretty dinged up. Dinged up chrome doesn't appeal to me. I like the looks of my '07 Silverado LTZ crew cab as it is.
