Hay all.

I know that this is not a performance or mechanical question, but I asked on the audio/vidio forum and got no answer. Im hopeing that the GM experts might be able to help me out here.

I would like to mount my Sirius car kit unit in the cubby hole on the left side of the dash. I want to drill some holes in the back of the plastic cubby to run the wires and also to mount the base of the car kit to the back or bottom of the cubby. But to do this I need to know how to remove the cubby without breaking it or scratching up the dash. Anyone know how to remove this thing, do I need to take the bottom dash fascia panels off?

Here are a few pics to show you what im talking about.
