Supplemental Hydrogen Generators

I haven't done too much research but my initial impressions based on the web site make me question their claims.

The first one is that using electricity from the engine to generate hydrogen for fuel (if worked like they claim it does) would be a perpetual motion machine. In reality it would just be robing the engine of HP.

Modern gasoline engines run at near stoichiometric combustion and only run a faction richer than that to meet EPA regulations (all vehicles must be equiped with catalytic converters and they have to be DOING something, meaning modern EFI engines are detuned to produce a certain level of unburned emissions for the catalytic converter). Adding hydrogen would give you more HP... because you're injecting more fuel, but its not doing anything special. Again if you use electrolysis to generate the hydrogen whatever you gain you've already taken away.

In addition to all of the above they aren't seperating the oxygen and hydrogen they're putting both into the engine so the net result is exactly the same as if you ran water injection except for the fact that you're robbing the engine of hp and you aren't providing the cooling effect of water injection.
