Engine Idles Rough Once In A While

My 04 5.3 has started to run rough at stop signs . I will rev it up and it will go way for a while but then come back next week. I put a couple of bottles of fuel cleaner in but it still is happening. Is a deal injector service worth the cost or is it maybe a computer problem or sensor.

Change your fuel filter and run a bottle of techron through the tank. Then clean your MAF sensor, check your airfilter. After this if it continues find someone with a scanner check for codes, and fuel pressure. Could be an injector or a bad fuel pump.

I had this problem when I was running Bosch 4-Power Platinum plugs. I switched to NGK's and it has ran beautifully since.

Could be running too lean!
