Sucky Dodge Trannys

so my friend has a 06 dodge 1500 5.7 hemi and he likes to talk it up about how his truck is soooo cool

when he tried to roll off on gravel his tires didnt spin but his transmision was jerking and sliping

pretty typical dodge huh!

I've heard many horror stories about the autobox Dodge trannies. The manual trannys apparently hold up well though.

I've got a 01 dakota (original owner) w/ 131000 mi. on the stock tranny and have only changed the fluid and filter once and drive that thing like a bat out of hell most of the time and it seems to be holding up. But I take better care of my GM products.
