Idle Surging/jumping

I am at my ropes end with this problem. I have 80,200 miles on my 2001 silverado duramax. I have had this problem since the mid 30,000 mile range. My dealer just replaced all 8 of my injectors and it is still jumping up then down. It doesnt matter if it is in gear or not. I have noticed if I use a fuel additive is becomes less noticeable. I have had it in numerous times for this and my gm dealer cant seem to find out what it is. Of course I am out of warranty for this, i assume does any one have an idea what to do? you might try logging the problem with EFILive. Surge is not uncommon with the dmax, and fuel pressure/pulse can usually be adjusted to fix it.

 

Often the FPR is bad also.
