Crazy P0446 Code

I have had an annoying P0446 DTC code for some time now. I will go have it cleared and it comes back, sometimes a few days sometimes a few weeks. It comes on the most after you have burnt off about 1/4 tank of gas. I know on my truck the vapor canister is under the hood on the radiator support and the purge selinoid is on the passengers side of the intake manifold. Where should i start to get rid of this code?

Check your gas cap first. Make sure it's not cracked or something.

 

If the cap is good then I'd change the purge solenoid.

 

If that does not do the job it's probably your canister or vent solenoid.
