Does anyone know if there is a difference between the rear leaf spring packs in the 1/2-ton smooth, solid ride suspension (Z83), the heavy-duty suspension (Z85), and the off-road (Z71)?

 

I know with the heavy duty susp that comes with the towing pkg (PCY) it has bigger shocks and a heavier front stabilizer bar. Are these the only differences?

Nope,No difference,The springs are the same on the Z83,Z85 and Z71.

However,They are different for the "NHT" equipped trucks.
