Fog Lamp Relay

I have a 2000 Tahoe Limited. I absolutely love this truck and I plan on doing some upgrades to it considering I'm finally out of debt and it's paid off.

First thing on my list...WHERE THE HECK IS THE FOG LAMP RELAY? LOL! I can't find it. My lights have not worked for 2 years now. It's not the bulbs either. I'm not totally retarded.

I can't figure out where the relay is to replace it. Please help!

  Ha!! So GM Customer service, ive already been talking with someone on your email team and there is nothing they can do. So pretty consistent with everyone else’s experience- you can do NOTHING.. worthless emails. Sure glad i have 4 GM cars on our family cuz now its clear you dont care.. Sad and pathetic.
