Hvac Light Bulbs

One of the hvac control panel bulbs is out. Dealer wants $5 per bulb and is special order only. Anyone got a clue where to get these, Radio Shack or some place?

I know that for my '98 the only place that I found to replace the bulbs was the dealer, and I remember needing to pay a really high price for them as well.

Anyone else? They're just small plug in types. Not the solder in ones.

Find the bulb number and search for it on Google or something.

Yeah, that's what I need, the pn. The only numbers on the bulb are E 9.

Part number is 16203572. Just ordered from the dealer. Hope it's the right one.

I picked it up. Right bulb, but they have a yellow rubber coating over the bulb. Mine does'nt use the yellow on the bulb, so I'll just have to scrape it off.

Hope this thread helps someone out.
